Just picked this "Craftsman" DP up off of CL in Mt. Prospect Illinois. I think this is an early example as this has a "Sears Companion" 1/3 HP motor. Very quiet and smooth! (Price more than fair!!!!) Will give this a good cleaning! PO said that he picked it up over 20 years ago, He purchased from an "old timer" as he put it. He had a beautiful restored 1967 Chevy Nova station wagon in his driveway. I sold a floor standing and also a bench top model several years ago, and very much regretted it... Glad I have this one! These are really good light duty drill presses!
