I got this information from Delta. I was told it was made between 1932 and 1941 but could not be exact. It has a keyed chuck which was made after 1931. The casing has a DP 400 on it which indicated it as a model 645 which was made until 1941. From what i have seen on serial #'s begining with 13-XXXX it would have been made in 1941. This serial # begins with 1 so i would assume it was made closer to 1932.
