Witherby Rugg & Richardson's Eastman's Patent Picture Frame Machine
Pat March 28 1878.

All original Paint and Stripping.

The floral paint work and pin stripping puts this machine in the 1880 time frame
Later propyl in the 1890's they dropped the embellishment and the machine was Black.
I have another one all Black no stripping.

The Cutting Knifes don't just come straight down butt swing toward the molding in the end of the cut.
This would be beneficial in working with complex Molding profiles.
