Comments:

Purchased from a closed factory that had produced metal-framed dining and banquet room chairs and tables. Original motor from PO was 1 HP 550 volt 3-phase motor. Frame under unit likely produced by staff on site (impressive amount of ingenuity and re-purposing found on much of the machinery in the wood working shop).
Well-worn sticker on front of unit indicates that it was originally sold by Luke's Electrical Machinery in Winnipeg, MB. No other markings found.
