I saw this on C-list and bought it from a seller in Madison, NJ. He had been using it as a jobsite saw until recently, having replaced it with a new portable table saw that made it easier for him to cut sheet goods. He told me he'd had three other callers but I'd gotten there first. It had been his father's and may have been bought by his grandfather. I believe it is model 34-160, but there is no model number listed anywhere on it. The serial number is 2-2834, which is very early, so perhaps that's why there is no model number. There is a sticker with a list of patents and near the bottom, the latest date, under Canadian patents, is 1937.
If anyone knows more about this being an early example of this saw, I'd be glad to hear from you and learn more about this machine. What I believe is the original gray paint is visible where the green has worn off. The motor appears to be a replacement. It is an A.O. Smith 1/2 HP 1750 RPM. The table comes off with just two knobs and that makes it much easier to move. I also think the stand is pretty neat as well.
