Comments:
I bought this in October, 2017, in Auckland, New Zealand. I finally got it home to Wellington (425 miles) in August, 2018.

I don't know the history of the machine, except that it was tested at the Wadkin factory on 1st September, 1925. In spite of indications that it was originally flat belt driven, the test report indicates it was equipped with the currect Parkinson electric motor at that time - although the motor was then floor mounted.

This is the little brother to the more common Wadkin LQ, at half the weight (7 cwt) and slightly smaller capacity (e.g it has a 20" throat vrs 21" on the LQ).

Update (Jan. 2020): progress has been slow. Photo 2 added.
