Comments:

machine as seen in a university surplus warehouse in Central Texas. It has a a tag showing it used to be a property of Defense Plant Corporation (under serial # 212), which would place the years of acquisition and possibly manufacture to early 1940's. It shares design features with Rodgers band saws, suggesting Rodgers may have been the true manufacturer. Three phase motor; Wheels of cast aluminum, it seems.
The saw has a brake operated by a lever below the on/off switch.
