I recently purchased this planer at Ford Machinery in Toronto, Ontario. It had a 3hp 3 phase motor but I had them swap it out for a 3hp single phase. New bearings and a good going over. At some point someone had painted the planer grey so I thought I would sand it down and repainted it Powermatic green. Machine runs great and is used on a regular basis.
