This machine had been reinterpreted as a disc sander by the previous owner.
So far I've only discovered one broken part: the foot pedal, and one missing: the retainer plate at front of plunge assembly.
One useful aspect of this machine has been to reveal another serial number location for the green speckle paint era machines: TDC on the upper casting which holds the horizontal plunge assembly (see photo below).
