I bought this and 4 other drill presses from a guy who was closing a business. Actually I bought 3 presses and he threw in the other 2. There were 2 of WT 1200 series, a small Craftsman 101 and 2 Buffalo Model 15s, an older one and a "newer" one. I took this one all the way down to nuts and bolts stripped all the old paint (it looked like it was originally some kind of green and then sprayed gray), replaced or regreased the bearings, put new wires on the Hoover motor, found a replacement Cutler Hammer switch and then put it all back together. I decided to go with something a little more colorful than battleship gray, hope no one is offended. I still have to deal with some over spray paint and I have to pick up a new belt. But other than that it runs like a new machine.
