I do not know the history of the band saw but I do know it was built in September of 1957, I found this date on the inside of the speed indicator housing. This machine has a very low serial number for this model year. I purchased the machine in April, 20202 from LMT & Supply in McRae, AR The saw is working but needs several repairs and is a working in progress.
