Comments:

This was a "road" find with a free sign at the end of a drive-way. It appears to have several repairs and modifications to it including a "belt" drive to a Louis-Allis Co motor, a welded motor mount plate between the base and weld repair to the fence. I removed the single pole power switch that once operated the added motor
