Jaws open to 1 1/4". Swivel base with hole bolt pattern. 8 1/4" long closed X 4 3/8" tall.

Patent decal reads US Patent 1404109 ; 1684215 other patents pending
I have owned this vise for over 8 yrs. Bought at a auction for 35.00.
Has the base locking lever. I keep the vise in a drawer in the shop and show it off once in while.
Has a cool factor just like the baby Wilton vises of which I have a few.
