I bought this from a gentleman south of Boston in 2020.It is a ridiculously heavy duty grinder compared to other ones I have seen. Based on the catalog uploaded here I believe it is a 4F. The badge is basically unreadable for the HP and Model but based on the 2" wide wheel I think I am correct. I was not familiar with Queen City and one of these had not been posted so I thought folks would like to see one. It is heavy (bent the bejesus out of my tailgate when loading... whoopsie!). The badge is almost unreadable but the 4F has a 2hp motor and 12"X2" wheels.
