Found this on Craig's List, It is in my basement now. It is called a Duplex Milling Machine because the Spindle head swivels from vertical to horizontal, and can lock it in any point in-between. This one has the motor option instead of running off the factory overhead belt shaft.
Don't know the year except the #12's came out in the 30's which were the same machine except they had 2 direct drive motors for the spindle and table feed.
