Found this in a local classified and did a full restore. It was in a small engine repair shed. The seller was looking for more room and happy to help load into the back of my hatchback. It had been painted orange. I found 1-2 more colors during the restore-- including a lime green and dark gray. The slow speed is interesting, it bolts to the side of the machine and appears a bit like a alternator arm with a slot where the pulley can slide on to adjust. It has a nut to lock it in position. The pulley rides on a bronze bushing. It had a reasonably well made guard that sat over the whole thing, but another owwmer donated me a front belt guard that i machined a hole for the side belt. Motor is sleeve bearings, runs very well. To remove the bearings from the upper pulley, i drilled two holes from the top and tapped them out.
