Bought from shop in upstate NewYork. Needed Platen flattened quite a bit. Someone gouged out the center of the platten probably by the end of bolts or other metal parts. Flattened it by hand several hours with files and another belt sander, checking with dial indicator and marking low spots often- (as an excuse to take a break from sanding/filing.

Comments: Belt sander is vertical but can adjust to horizontal. Cast iron table adjusts for angles.
