#1 of a pair of machines purchased new on 2-28-1910 by the Jones & Laughlin Steel Company (C/O Aliquippa Works, Woodlawn, PA) for $465 ea. They received 10% off for the purchase of 2 machines for a total of $837.00. This was machine #1 in the sale with serial #2924 and the 2nd machine was #2925. Work order names Baird Machinery Co. of Pittsburgh, PA.

I purchased the machine in the Shenandoah Valley region of VA in May of 2021. Owner stated he had purchased the machine from an Amish shop in PA and he had never had it running. Machine now resides in Stuart, FL (2/23) and is being moved to a new shop in Ellijay, GA this summer. Perhaps the most well traveled Oliver jointer going.

Machine has complete fence not shown in photos.

Originally set up as a flat belt drive and designated on the sales order as a model #12-C.
