Purchased off Ebay from a seller in Chicago. My machine has a brass property tag from "Armory Research Foundation". Machine looks like it has sat around for years. Missing two wire feed rollers ( B & C ) , wire guides and a few other small parts. Mine is the 1st version / early Perkins winder. I updated the coiling point adjustment screw to a larger diameter and finer pitch as the later Perkins machine. You can see in the last pic the difference in diameters, the finer pitch give finer adjustment for diameters. The later version machine has an extra hole for mounting the coiling tip off center on the pivot arm. The wire guide jaws on the later revision machine have longer wire guide jaws.
