Comments:

From a local aircraft fastener mfg. that retired. Seems to be a bench grinder that was converted to a Carbide sharpener. I believe that Carbide predates this bench grinder. I am guessing that this is conversion kit for people that could not afford an industrial grade carbide grinder.
