Found this being offered by an ebay seller as a "Culledge machinist table" and recognized it as an accessory for my Sheldon/Vernon No. 0 Horizontal Mill. I'd been searching for one for almost 5 years and couldn't believe my eyes. I hit the "buy it now" button so fast it almost broke the key pad!
