Comments:

This boiler/heat exchanger (type unknown, heavily lagged in asbestos and is unclear if flue pipe connections are present) had been responsible for hot drinking water at St. Kevin's school in Alberta for over 5 decades. It was put out of commission, likely due to a seam failure, and replaced by a standalone gas fired residential style hot water tank.
As of taking the picture access to that room had been difficult, so these images are snapshots of a video.
