Purchased in Madison Wisconsin in 1991 with a 4” flat belt drive, and was driven by a 3 HP vintage Oshkosh electric motor. It had been neglected but stored indoors. I had the motor refurbished by a motor shop. The machine was painted, lubricated and all trued up. I converted the original two blade cutterhead to a 12” Byrd Shellix cutter head. The infeed table is lever adjusted. 32” infeed table, and 26” outfeed table. Should be good for another 125 years.
