This grinder came out of a closed down joinery factory in Elverum, Hedmark, Norway. A former employee was allowed to take it and he later sold it to me. The sliding grinding jig for planer knives has been missing for as long as he can remember the machine.
The jig for grinding chisels came woth it.

My plan is to rewire it for Finnish 400 volt three phase instread of the 230 volt three phase which is supplied in that part of Norway, and build a new grinding jig for planer knives according to measurements and photos I got from a Dane who owns a similar machine in complete condition.

The guard around one of the grinding discs is a home made replacement.
