Found on FB Marketplace. Tag says The Grant Mfg. and Machine Co. but their history doesn't indicate any lathes. I am speculating that it may be like an asset tag and they used it in their manufacturing process. Just a thought. I also scrolled through the lathe photos and didn't see anything that matches.

[ADMIN NOTE JAJ: Edited to change "Unknown Manufacturer" to Grant Mfg. & Machine Co. A quick search revealed that in 1909 that firm was making the "Spencer" speed lathe.]
