Picked this up for free from a local metalworker, the saw was originally purchased with the intention of converting the frame over to a small english wheel or similar metalworking tool. The upper wheel has broken free and the tensioning system is a mess of epoxy and fiberglass. The previous owner never got around to the project and let this one go for free just to make space. The saw appears to be otherwise complete, though many of the zinc guards are cracked and mangled beyond repair.
