Bought from automotive machine shop in New Britain, Conn, was said to have been bought from Pratt and Whitney. Had Rudel machine tool dealer metal tag on it. Also has "Proto Tools Safety First" sticker on it, may have also seen duty in New Britain Machine works producing Proto tools?
