This machine was found laying in a stall in the milking shed at a "moving off the farm" sale S.E. of Carlton, OR. The owner said the place was established and stayed in the family since mid 1860's. They quit dairy in the mid 1960's and went to mostly hay production. He had no recollection of how long the drill had been laying in the stall. $30.00 was fair to him, and took a lot of sandblasting by me.The original mounting board was cleaned up and reused.
