This old Vertical/Horizontal mill had been sitting abandoned in the back of an old industrial building in Tampa Florida for decades. I acquired it when the building was sold. It came with the top mounted drive which was installed in the 1930's based on the dated nameplate. The mill was complete, the ways were in good shape, and the motor and 3 speed transmission ran fine. The rest of the machine needed a full rebuild.
