I was offered one of these from work years ago and I declined. The second time I saw one at an estate sale for free, I accepted it. I usually cut trim other ways but this was too cool to pass by. After cleaning it up, I dug into the mechanism for fine adjustments. I soaked it with penetrating oil for a day then put the correct driver on, turning the shank with a wrench. It came apart easily. I cleaned it up good and actually found a cast booger on one of the pin cups. It never turned easily, even on day 1. I sanded & polished everything and re-assembled her. I like the 67.5 degree marks. I honed the blade and now works as good as new or better. Hope I get a chance to shave something for real.
