This Colombian vise was purchased brand new by the US Postal Service in downtown Springfield, MO at their main processing & distribution plant where I also work at in building maintenance.
Vise was truly beat up to all hell and used very HARD as you can see in the picture posted below. I did a full tear down restoration using my mix of a gray Awl Grip paint to try to match the original gray factory Colombian paint left on this vise.
The bent up to all hell handle was straightened out in an 12-ton manual press we have in our plant.
