Rockwell Model 23-612
Made by Baldor Model 623E and rebadged for Rockwell
These motors had 4.2 Amps instead of the normal 3.1A found on there 6" Models.

They used the same cast iron wheel guards but used a different cast iron base that was more rectangular in shape. Otherwise everything was identical to the Baldor 623E Bench Grinder
