I bought the DP from a local business for $40 about three years ago (2023) and have just now gotten around to restoring it (2026). It was completely disassembled, sandblasted, non-painted parts de-rusted, new wiring and bearings, the whole nine yards. I restore these old machines for resale as a hobby and have done around a dozen old Atlas, Delta, and Walker Turner drill presses, both bench and floor models. This 620 is on par quality wise with any of those machines. It’s is heavy, well built, and the esthetics are great. The new owner will be a lucky guy. I listed it as mid 50s because it has a relatively low serial number. Not many of these listed. Most of the pics are of the restored machine, but I added one “as found” pic.
