I was not looking for a band saw when I found this little beauty.
I was going to look at a little atlas bench top drill press someone was selling pretty cheep and this saw was on the floor in the mans basement
I had wanted to get a new (old) band saw to replace my craftsman and when I saw this little girl I new I wanted her
I asked the man if it was for sale and he said he wasnt sure if he wanted to sell it...ok
Well I decided to buy the drill press and an old power king lathe he had.
Before I handed over the cash I thought I might as well clean this guy of all his old iron and asked again if he wanted to sell the saw

Him-"what will you give me"
Me -"$50"
"Take it"

And for $100 I loaded all three in the truck
My excitement doubled when I went to lift it
This thing must be at least 80lbs

I have it running off a craftsman 1.5hp motor (I know it a little overkill but its all I have now)
Its a great saw for a small shop
