My father had an old saw which I'll rebuild for him. It has no ser no. or model no.
I've identified some parts as from a 831 as different from my 161 although most are the same. Seeking confirmation on model no.

Ive been able to piece together two parts machines into one functional saw. It seems the weakest link in these saws is the blade tilt gears.

Notice unusual motor mount. I've never seen before, is this Sears product or what? Pls advise.
