This one has an Imperial Electric Co. 2 hp motor. The serial number was found on the right hand end,top edge of the 'fence'. Body casting shows patent date of Oct 23, '23. We knew of this machine for 5 years before we bought it 15 years ago. We did a bolt-on mod of putting an air piston clamp on it. Now it clamps tightly, effortlessly. The old hand wheel clamp was bad on our wrists. Any chips show bare iron, my guess is that it is original paint?.
