This is a great old machine, installed new (early 1960s) in the woodworking shop of a school in Wabush Labrador, Canada. I bought it from a friend who acquired it at a surplus auction in the late 1980s. A new 3hp motor and some repairs to the gearbox (adjustments and a new grease seal) and it was good to go. Almost 30 years later it is still a workhorse requiring only an occasional knife swap or gear oil change.
