Purchased this 24" Rockwell/Delta Scroll Saw at a yard sale recently. No dates on any of the tags on the machine. On the right side of the arm is the indication NSS 230 in raised letters. Would appreciate any information such as date of manufacture, etc. Really looking to find the instruction manual if at all possible. No luck so far. Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide to me.
