I just rescued this machine from behind an old building that used to house a mill work shop.It had been outside for sometime and is rusted but not pitted.The good news: all the castings are intact. It has no manufacturers data plate and only different casting numbers on several castings. I have never seen one that is "open" as this one is. I would like members to help me identify the manufacturer so I can begin to research it.

12/31: My Thanks to all who responded. It appears that this is a Crescent Machine and was a component of their "Universal Woodworking Machine" that was separated at some point and used as a stand alone machine. I'm still looking for more data on the machine itself,but thanks to you all I have a place to start
