This grinder has no identification except "A-1" on the body and Sears power tool blue paint.
Found nearly identical Companion 6615 grinder in the 1936 Sears Golden Jubilee full catalog with a combination single v-groove and flat belt pulley.
I've seen the same grinder body with a Dunlap decal and slightly different pulley.
Cast iron body. Wide porous bronze bearings with machined steel oil plugs.
Shaft is 3/4" diameter with 5/8-11 threaded ends. Flanges are 2" diameter machined steel.
Pulley is steel, machined for a flat or 3/8" V-belt.
Designed to hold wheels up to 6" diameter and 1" face.
Overall condition is very good (photo is somewhat mis-leading). (Missing one flange and the LH nut.)

>>HISTORY<<
July 2008: I obtained this grinder from an ebay seller, when I picked up an auction item.

Update 9/6/2016:
Saw the same grinder with a Sears Companion decal badge.
The pulley was slightly different with a single v-groove and crowned flat belt section.

Update 8/8/2019:
Found nearly identical Companion 6615 grinder in the 1936 Sears Golden Jubilee full catalog with a combination single v-groove and flat belt pulley.

6/6/2021: Sold to a future OWWMer.
