This machine is the property of Albert Peters, who found it, 25 years ago, rusting in a junkyard outside Ottawa, Ontario. He paid $5 for it, then took it all apart, cleaned it, got a base and motor for it, and added new nuts and bolts and a coat of paint. It continues to work well.
