Comments:
I bought this at a garage sale in Crown Point, IN it was rusting away in the corner of the barn sad, lonely and forgotten (wasn't even pulled out to try and sell). I spotted it and asked after it and after the owner's lunch was interrupted and he came out, I walked away with it for 5 bucks.

Browsing the other listings under King-Seeley, Dunlap and Craftsman, including all the scanned literature I can find, I have not seen one quite like this.

With a support arm and bearing supporting the outboard side of the pulley (it has a bearing block identical to the top 2 bearing blocks, all other similar sanders only have the integrated bearing block on the inside of the pulley) to the oddball 6x36" belt size this is a very unique specimen.

The corrugated platen and table seem ID it as an early model (only the earliest catalog pictures show a corrugated table).

If anyone has any knowledge of this sanders special quirks or has a sander like this one please contact me.

Comments: This side of the sander looks identical to the other listings/catalog pages. Minus of course the over wide platten/rullers.

Comments: This shows the restored sander with a 4x36" belt installed. A 6 inch ruller is sitting on the platten as well.
