Comments:
I borrowed this table saw from my dad in 1973 to build a desk. After I had it for about 6 months, he said to go ahead and keep it.

I replaced the original 3/4 hp motor with a 3 hp motor about 35 years ago. I still have the 3/4 hp motor, it's used as a buffer now. He also had the casters for it but I added some leg extensions and wheels as I'm 6' 3" and it was a bit low for my tastes. I still have the casters stored away.

The saw is complete except for the blade guard and I don't know if he ever had it. He bought the saw new from the Sears store in Safford AZ.

The photos were taken on August 21, 2009. I use the saw for most of my woodworking projects. The only replacements have been blades and a belt.

I'm sure my dad would have been proud of all of the woodworking projects I've made using this saw.

That's my supervisor Garfield below the saw. He often sleeps under it or sometimes on it.
