Comments:
I got this saw locally from CL. It was in pretty good shape with only the upper wheel axle broken. It still had the table extension bracket and the fence.

These are pretty interesting saws in that the frame is a composite of cast iron and steel (tube), but the wheels are cast and heavy. The trunion is pretty beefy as band saw trunions go. Typical BS trunions strike me as the weakest part of any BS. Although this one still uses pot metal, its overall design is pretty substantial for a 12" saw. The pot metal parts clamp to the cast iron frame pretty securely.
