I purchased this saw from a former landlord in Olympia WA in the mid eighties. He thought I would use it in the future. At that time, he said the radial saw had not been used a whole lot and, he was selling it on behalf of a retired contractor. I have never cut a board with it. For some reason I switched the to 230 volts from 115 years ago; probably because I had an available 230 outlet near the saw. I have fired it up a few times over the years just to see if motor still performed; it does. |
