Notes:	Source=Owner's submission. Owner's comments: I was given this mill in 2005 along with several vices, a rotary table and accessories. I haven't used it much in the past but now I am starting to use it enough to justify doing some much needed maintenance. I found your site while looking for information on how to properly maintain this mill. I also have a manual but it has seen better days. The manual is dated Sept 1968 and includes the test report for the mill. It has the inspector number, serial number and test data however it doesn't have the date.
