Notes:	Source=Owner's submission. Owner's notes: Totally roached in current condition. Some clueless previous owner nearly destroyed the unit trying to create tension on a blade that was the wrong size. They tied a block of wood under the tension assembly and cut apart the top of the wheel cover to pry it open. Will attempt to restore to working order. Will submit photos once in hand.
