Notes:	Source=Owner's submission (admin added date based on s/n). Owner's notes: Former School machine found in central Minnesota. The motor is not the "bullet style". Found with DELTA 2 HP, 3 phase motor. The cabinet has not been cut to accommodate the newer motor. The motor clears the cabinet without modification.
