The Hollingworth Machine Tool Co. was in business by Sep. 1916, making shapers and lathes. The principals were Charles I. Hollingworth and William J. Eggebrecht. So far as we can tell the company was not very successful and the last reliable data point we have is a listing in a 1923-24 city directory.
