Founded in 1872, this company was located in Milwaukee, WI. In 1911, the firm came under the control of Leland M. Turner who changed the name to Turner Manufacturing Co. and moved it to Port Washington, WI.

They were a manufacturer of gas engines including the "Simplicity" engines.
